It was such an honor to be invited to speak at the IARA – The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance Summer Roundtable.
It was especially exciting to be able to share a presentation essentially on “EV 101.”
My goal was to educate remarketers on what they need to know about EVs right now —
- basic industry terms
- charging options and battery life
- what’s coming in the future
Many attendees were surprised to learn — for the first time — about some compelling EV history: For example, in the 1900s, 90% of taxi cabs in NYC were electric. There is so much change happening in the EV industry in real-time.
I hope we’ll all continue to educate and guide each other through this major transition.
